Convention bureau

Convention Bureau Event Park Amsterdam is an independent platform of 36 meeting and event organizations in the municipality of Haarlemmermeer.

We recruit and facilitate (inter) national business conferences, meetings and events and assist companies in their search for one or more suitable hotels, meeting locations and / or suppliers located in Haarlemmermeer. Where desired, we support in the first phase of creation, planning and organization. The meeting and event planner does not pay any costs for the advisory services of and/or the mediation by Event Park Amsterdam.

Among the partners of Event Park Amsterdam you will find almost all international hotel chains, many attractive event locations and professional suppliers.

Convention Bureau Event Park Amsterdam is participating IMEX Frankfurt again!

From 14 to 16 May next, we will again be part of the Holland booth (NBTC, E100). We will officially represent the business tourism market of #Haarlemmermeer ánd our 36 professional hotel and venue partners.

We are looking forward to advise you in your search for one or more suitable hotels, meetinglocations and/or suppliers in the sustainable countryside of Amsterdam. All free of charge! On request, we provide support during the initial planning and organisation phase of your project also.

In Event Park Amsterdam you can choose from 41(!) international hotels and various attractive meeting and event facilities, within a distance of a maximum 20 minutes from national airport Schiphol and the historic centres of Amsterdam, Haarlem and Leiden.

Compared to the surrounding historical city centres, our hotels and venues are very easily accessible. They can also guarantee high availability at very affordable rates(!).
